Optimize your case studies

When it comes to small business, there’s nothing that small business owners like more than reading success stories about other small business owners. That’s why case studies are always so popular, and why they should be a core feature of the small business section of your bank’s website. We’ve got a few tips to help you optimize your case studies so you can really get the most out of them.

  • Interview a real person and use their quotes. Your small business customers want to hear how the subject made a success of themselves, so use their actual words. Include video if you can.
  • Clean up those quotes. The interviewee is not going to mind if you make them sound better than they actually did. Make sure the quotes you use are in keeping with the tone of the piece and are making their point as effectively as possible.
  • Really talk up the challenge the subject faced. The more they had to overcome, the more likely you are to hook your readers in.
